Powerlifting: It's fun!

This year's New Year's Resolution was to lift weights 1x/week, but I've really been aiming for 2x/week. After abut 3 months of this, I'm definitely still in the "newbie gains" realm and pleasantly surprised how fast the weight I'm lifting goes up. According to strengthlevel.com I'm between a "beginner" and a "novice" for all my major lifts, which feels right. I'd love to get to 1x bodyweight for squat and deadlift this year. Some resources I have enjoyed: Before the Barbell - by Meg Gallagher. did this last year to start getting into lifting Stronger by the Day - by Meg Gallagher. my favorite workout app so far, they just improved the interface and I'm liking it so much. My referral code is TYYX28OKA if you want to try a month for $1. Ask a Swole Woman - working my way through Casey Johnston's backlog of fitness writing r/xxfitness- really useful community for simple questions
